Exceptional value, you're getting perfect service. We had an excellent stay here, everything was nice. Breakfast was light, plenty of delicious food. We had a double room and it was functional and bright. Outstanding views and green garden.

The staff was honest, the bed was lovely. The room was compact with smoke detectors for safety measures, and tea/coffee and good Internet. Stunning lobby. It was centrally located.

The nicest place to visit when travelling to Keswick. Staff was classy, overall experience was outstanding! Decent location for everything I could possibly need. The free mineral drinks in poolside bar were very welcome.

The stay at this lovely old hotel was a very pleasant one. Great value for the money, very perfect location, delicious breakfast, totally professional staff. Bathroom was reasonably spacious, and the room itself was lovely modern. We loved terrace, WiFi and balcony. Centrally located for us. Also, Lingcove Bridge was only 1 km away.

The staff was genuine, the accommodation was trendy and fairly clean. I truly enjoyed an original decor and beautiful furniture. The breakfast was adequate, there were cheap boiled eggs, cakes, bangers, fruit and hot waffles. Cosy location, not too far from moot hall. Lovely garden and heated pool area. Free hot wines, tea and coffee in the main bar, ample parking place.
Facilities were brand-new, though internet connection was terrible.

Awesome hotel, spend out time lovely. Booked standard double room, that included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, ironing facilities and a radio. The owner upon arrival was great. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk.

The breakfast at avondale guest house was EXCELLENT, we appreciated it. Fabulous base for trip in Keswick. It is near the airport.

The hotel is in the lake district. We enjoyed rooms and food in this venue, it was suitable for us. We ate at The Sizzling Stone, which is only 300 m away, it suited our needs. Honestly nothing bothered us
